目的 探討兒童清咽解熱口服液聯(lián)合頭孢克肟顆粒治療小兒急性咽炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年2月-2021年10月開封市兒童醫(yī)院收治的80例急性咽炎患兒,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患兒分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各40例。對(duì)照組口服頭孢克肟顆粒,2.0 mg/kg,2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服兒童清咽解熱口服液,3歲:0.5支/次,4~7歲:1支/次,7歲以上:1.5支/次;3次/d。兩組在治療5 d后統(tǒng)計(jì)療效。觀察兩組的療效,比較兩組患兒主要癥狀體征消退時(shí)間、血液炎癥指標(biāo)水平。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組患兒的總有效率(95.00%)明顯高于對(duì)照組(77.50%)(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組的發(fā)熱、咽痛、咽部紅腫、咯痰消退時(shí)間比對(duì)照組更短(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的CD64、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)(WBC)較治療前明顯減少(P<0.05),且治療組CD64、CRP、WBC較對(duì)照組降低更明顯,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 兒童清咽解熱口服液聯(lián)合頭孢克肟顆粒治療小兒急性咽炎的療效確切,能減輕臨床癥狀,降低炎癥反應(yīng),藥物安全性較好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ertong Qingyan Jiere Oral Liquid combined with Cefixime Granules in treatment of acute pharyngitis in children. Methods Children (80 cases) with acute pharyngitis in Kaifeng Children’s Hospital from February 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Cefixime Granules, 2.0 mg/kg, twice daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Ertong Qingyan Jiere Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 3 years old: 0.5 pieces/time, 4 — 7 years old: 1 piece/time, over 7 years old: 1.5 pieces/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 5 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the regression time of main symptoms and signs, and the serum level of inflammatory factor in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of children in the treatment group (95.00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.50%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the regression time of fever, pharyngeal pain, pharyngeal swelling, and expectoration in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the CD64, CRP, and WBC in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the CD64, CRP, and WBC in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ertong Qingyan Jiere Oral Liquid combined with Cefixime Granules is effective in treatment of acute pharyngitis in children, can improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reaction with good safety.
