目的 探討復(fù)方猴頭膠囊聯(lián)合奧美拉唑腸溶膠囊治療十二指腸潰瘍的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年3月-2021年2月在鄭州大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院就診的98例十二指腸潰瘍患者,采用信封抽簽法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組,每組各49例。對照組患者口服奧美拉唑腸溶膠囊,20 mg/次,1次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服復(fù)方猴頭膠囊,4粒/次,3次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組療效,比較兩組癥狀消失時間和血清胃腸激素、炎性因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后,與對照組的總有效率71.43%相比,治療組的總有效率93.88%更高(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組燒心、潰瘍痛、反酸消失時間明顯短于對照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃動素(MTL)水平較治療前降低(P<0.05)。治療后治療組血清GAS、MTL水平低于對照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組血清白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、白細(xì)胞介素-1(IL-1)、白細(xì)胞介素-8(IL-8)、白細(xì)胞介素-17(IL-17)水平較治療前降低(P<0.05);治療后治療組血清IL-6、CRP、IL-1、IL-8、IL-17水平低于對照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 復(fù)方猴頭膠囊聯(lián)合奧美拉唑腸溶膠囊治療十二指腸潰瘍療效較好,可促進(jìn)癥狀改善,調(diào)節(jié)血清胃腸激素水平,降低炎性因子水平。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Compound Houtou Capsules combined with Omeprazole Enteric Capsules in treatment of duodenal ulcer. Methods Patients (98 cases) with duodenal ulcer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2019 to February 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the envelope lottery method, and each group had 49 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Omeprazole Enteric Capsules, 20 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Houtou Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the symptom disappearance time, and the levels of gastrointestinal hormone and inflammatory factor in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficacy of the treatment group (93.88%) was higher than 71.43% of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance times of heartburn, ulcer pain, and acid reflux in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of GAS and MTL in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and these in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, CRP, IL-1, IL-8, and IL-17 in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and these in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Houtou Capsules combined with Omeprazole Enteric Capsules has significant curative effect in treatment of duodenal ulcer, promote the improvement of symptoms, regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
