乙醛脫氫酶2(ALDH2)是人類肝臟中氧化乙醛的關(guān)鍵酶,能將乙醛轉(zhuǎn)化為乙酸,在酒精的代謝過程中,ALDH2發(fā)揮著重要的解毒作用。當(dāng)ALDH2的酶活性受其編碼基因ALDH2多態(tài)性的影響而致酶活性下降時會導(dǎo)致乙醛在體內(nèi)蓄積,增加癌癥風(fēng)險。越來越多的研究表明ALDH2的基因多態(tài)性與腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。就ALDH2的基因多態(tài)性在胃癌、食管癌、肝癌、肺癌、其他癌癥的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及藥物治療進行總結(jié)。

Aldehyde dehydrogenase-2 (ALDH2) is the key enzyme that oxidizes acetaldehyde in liver, which can convert acetaldehyde to acetic acid. ALDH2 plays an important detoxification role in the metabolism of alcohol. When the enzyme activity of ALDH2 is weaken by the polymorphism of ALDH2, it will lead to the accumulation of acetaldehyde in the body and increase the risk of cancer. A growing number of studies have shown that gene polymorphism of ALDH2 is closely related to the development and treatment of tumors. This article summarizes the gene polymorphisms of ALDH2 in the occurrence, development, and drug treatment of gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, and other cancers.
