目的 探討消瘀康膠囊聯(lián)合三磷酸胞苷二鈉治療腦出血恢復(fù)期的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年11月-2021年12月滄州市人民醫(yī)院收治的118例腦出血恢復(fù)期患者,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各59例。對(duì)照組患者靜脈滴注三磷酸胞苷二鈉注射液, 20 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中緩慢滴注, 1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的治療基礎(chǔ)上口服消瘀康膠囊, 4粒/次, 3次/d。兩組連續(xù)用藥10 d。對(duì)比兩組臨床療效及癥狀緩解情況,比較兩組美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生院卒中量表(NIHSS)評(píng)分、日常生活活動(dòng)功能指數(shù)(Barthel)評(píng)分、白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)、腦源性神經(jīng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)因子(BDNF)、S100蛋白(S100B)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組總有效率是98.31%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的83.05%(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組肢體功能障礙、頭痛、語(yǔ)言功能障礙、頭暈緩解時(shí)間均顯著短于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組NIHSS評(píng)分較治療前顯著降低,而B(niǎo)arthel評(píng)分顯著升高(P<0.05);治療后,治療組NIHSS評(píng)分和Barthel評(píng)分改善優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組IL-6、S100B、Hcy水平均較治療前顯著降低,而B(niǎo)DNF水平顯著升高(P<0.05);治療后,治療組血清因子水平改善優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 消瘀康膠囊聯(lián)合三磷酸胞苷二鈉治療腦出血恢復(fù)期療效較佳,可顯著緩解患者臨床癥狀,促進(jìn)腦神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù),并能有效降低炎性水平,值得臨床借鑒。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xiaoyukang Capsules combined with cytidine disodium triphosphate in treatment of convalescence from cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 118 patients in the convalescent stage of cerebral hemorrhage in Cangzhou People’s Hospital from November 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 59 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cytidine Disodium Triphosphate Injection, 20 mg was added into 5% Glucose Injection 250 mL slowly, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoyukang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Both groups were treated for 10 d. Clinical efficacy and symptom relief were compared between the two groups. The changes of NIHSS score, Barthel index score, IL-6, BRAIN-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), S100 protein (S100B) and homocysteine (Hcy) in both groups were compared.Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.31%, significantly higher than that in the control group (83.05%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the remission time of limb dysfunction, headache, speech dysfunction, and dizziness in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, NIHSS score was significantly lower than before treatment, while Barthel index score was significantly higher in both groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, NIHSS score and Barthel index score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, S100B and Hcy in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment, while the level of BDNF was significantly increased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of serum factors in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyukang Capsules combined with Cytidine Disodium Triphosphate Injection has a good therapeutic effect in treatment of convalescence from cerebral hemorrhage, and can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, promote the recovery of cerebral nerve function, and effectively reduce the inflammatory level, which is worthy of clinical reference.
