目的 探討福爾可定聯(lián)合頭孢唑林鈉治療急性支氣管炎的臨床療效。方法 選擇2019年7月-2021年7月河南省人民醫(yī)院收治的80例急性支氣管炎患者,隨機分為對照組和治療組,每組各40例。對照組患者靜脈滴注注射用頭孢唑林鈉, 1 g/次加入生理鹽水200 mL中, 2次/d。在對照組的基礎上,治療組口服復方福爾可定口服溶液, 10 mL/次, 3次/d,兩組患者均治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀緩解時間,血清因子白細胞介素-4(IL-4)、降鈣素原(PCT)、白細胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C-反應蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及不良反應情況。結果 治療后,治療組療臨床有效率為97.55%,顯著高于對照組的80.11%(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組癥狀緩解時間明顯早于對照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者血清因子IL-4、PCT、IL-6、hs-CRP水平明顯下降(P<0.05),且治療組明顯低于對照組(P<0.05)。治療組不良反應發(fā)生率為7.50%,顯著低于對照組的17.50%(P<0.05)。結論 福爾可定聯(lián)合頭孢唑林鈉治療急性支氣管炎效果顯著,可有效降低支氣管炎癥反應,癥狀改善明顯,且安全有效。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of pholcodine combined with cefazolin sodium in treatment of acute bronchitis.Methods Patients (80 cases) with acute bronchitis in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cefazolin Sodium for injection, 1 g/time added into normal saline 200 mL, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Pholcodine Oral Solution on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the relief time of clinical symptom, the levels of serum factors, and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.55%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.11%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of symptom relief in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum factors IL-4, PCT, IL-6 and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 7.50%, which was significantly lower than 17.50% in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of pholcodine combined with cefazolin sodium in treatment of acute bronchitis is remarkable, which can effectively reduce the bronchial inflammation, obviously improve the symptoms, and it is safe and effective.
