目的 探討杏香兔耳風(fēng)片聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星片治療慢性子宮內(nèi)膜炎急性發(fā)作的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年2月—2021年11月在鄭州大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院就診的114例慢性子宮內(nèi)膜炎急性發(fā)作患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各57例。對(duì)照組患者口服左氧氟沙星片，0.1 g/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服杏香兔耳風(fēng)片，1.8 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組患者臨床癥狀的消失時(shí)間和血清指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的治愈率為87.72%，高于對(duì)照組的治愈率71.93%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組患者持續(xù)低熱、下腹疼痛、白帶異常消失時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清淀粉樣蛋白A（SAA）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶7（MMP-7）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）水平明顯低于治療前（P＜0.05）；治療組的血清SAA、MMP-7、IL-6水平比對(duì)照組低（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 杏香兔耳風(fēng)片聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星片治療慢性子宮內(nèi)膜炎的療效確切，能減輕臨床癥狀，降低炎癥反應(yīng)，安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xingxiang Tuerfeng Tablets combined with Levofloxacin Tablets in treatment of acute attack of chronic endometritis.Methods Patients (114 cases) with acute attack of chronic endometritis in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2020 to November 2021 were andomly divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 57 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Levofloxacin Tablets, 0.1 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xingxiang Tuerfeng Tablets on the basis of the control group, 1.8 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the disappearance times of clinical symptoms and the serum indexes in two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the cure rate of the treatment group (87.72%) was higher than that of the control group (71.93%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the duration of continuous low fever, lower abdominal pain, and abnormal disappearance of leucorrhea in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of SAA, MMP-7, and IL-6 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). And the serum levels of SAA, MMP-7, and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion XingxiangTuerfeng Tablets combined with Levofloxacin Tablets is effective in the treatment of acute attack of chronic endometritis, which can reduce clinical symptoms and inflammatory reaction, and has good safety.
