五味子乙素是五味子中主要活性成分之一,具有多種藥理作用。長期研究表明五味子乙素具有保護(hù)肝臟、腎臟、肺和心腦血管等作用。五味子乙素的多器官保護(hù)作用通過不同的途徑起效,作用機(jī)制包括抗氧化、抗炎、抗纖維化、促進(jìn)熱休克反應(yīng)、調(diào)節(jié)脂質(zhì)代謝、抑制細(xì)胞凋亡。就五味子乙素對各器官的保護(hù)作用的分子機(jī)制進(jìn)行了總結(jié),為推進(jìn)其藥理研究和分子機(jī)制的闡明以及臨床應(yīng)用提供參考。

Schisandrin B is main active components in Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus, and had various pharmacological effects longterm studies have shown that schisandrin B has the functions of protecting the liver, kidney, lung, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems, etc. The organs protective effect of schisandra B works through different pathways, including anti-oxidative effect, antiinflammatory effect, anti-fibrosis, promotion of heat shock response, regulation of lipid metabolism, and inhibition of apoptosis. This paper reviews the protective effect on various systems of molecular mechanism of schisandrin B, and provides a reference for promoting the elucidation of its pharmacology and molecular mechanism and its clinical application.
