目的 建立柔肝降脂膠囊中橙黃決明素、蘆薈大黃素、大黃酚和大黃素甲醚的HPLC測(cè)定方法。方法 采用Waters Symmetry C₁₈色譜柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）；流動(dòng)相為甲醇–0.1%磷酸水溶液，梯度洗脫；檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)288 nm；體積流量為1.0 mL/min；柱溫30℃；進(jìn)樣量10 μL。結(jié)果 橙黃決明素、蘆薈大黃素、大黃酚、大黃素甲醚的線性范圍分別為1.59～51.00、0.87～27.92、1.63～52.17、0.22～7.06 μg/mL。平均回收率分別為97.55%、100.40%、98.75%、101.30%，RSD值分別為1.93%、1.53%、1.77%、2.23%。4種蒽醌類(lèi)成分中橙黃決明素和大黃酚的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)較高，大黃素甲醚的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)較低，不同批次柔肝降脂膠囊樣品中蘆薈大黃素的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)差異較明顯。結(jié)論 所建立的方法可用于柔肝降脂膠囊中4種蒽醌類(lèi)成分的測(cè)定，可為柔肝降脂膠囊的質(zhì)量控制研究提供參考。

Objective To establish HPLC method for determination of aurantio-obtusin, aloe-emodin, chrysophanol, and physcion in Rougan Jiangzhi Capsules.Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on Waters Symmetry C₁₈ column（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm）with methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid solution by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set as 288 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the sample volume was 10 μL. Results The linear ranges of aurantio-obtusin, aloe-emodin, chrysophanol, and physcion were 1.59 — 51.00, 0.87 — 27.92, 1.63 — 52.17, and 0.22 — 7.06 μg/mL. The recoveries were 97.55%, 100.40%, 98.75%, and 101.30% with values of 1.93%, 1.53%, 1.77%, and 2.23%, respectively. Among the four anthraquinones, the contents of aurantio-obtusin and chrysophanol were higher, but the contents of physcion were lower. The contents of aloe-emodin in different batches of Rougan Jiangzhi Capsules samples were significantly different. Conclusion The HPLC method established can determinate the contents of four anthraquinones in Rougan Jiangzhi Capsules, which can provide reference for the quality control research of Rougan Jiangzhi Capsules.
