目的 探究消炎利膽片聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星片治療急性膽囊炎的臨床療效。方法 選擇2020年1月—2021年1月在安陽(yáng)市第二人民醫(yī)院就診治療的90例急性膽囊炎患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各45例。對(duì)照組口服左氧氟沙星片，0.5 g/次，3次/d；治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服消炎利膽片，6片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組患者治療后的臨床癥狀、膽囊壁厚度、膽囊排空率和血清炎性因子。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率為95.55%，高于對(duì)照組總有效率84.44%，組間比較差異有顯著意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組患者腹痛消失時(shí)間、體溫恢復(fù)時(shí)間、惡心嘔吐消失時(shí)間明顯短于對(duì)照組，組間比較有顯著差異（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的膽囊壁厚度較治療前降低，膽囊排空率較治療前升高，同組治療前后比較有顯著差異（P＜0.05）；且治療組患者膽囊壁厚度較對(duì)照組降低，膽囊排空率較對(duì)照組升高，組間比較有顯著差異（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的血清白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平顯著降低，同組治療前后比較有顯著差異（P＜0.05）；且治療組患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平較對(duì)照組降低明顯，組間比較有顯著差異（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 消炎利膽片聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星片治療急性膽囊炎具有較好的臨床療效，改善了患者臨床癥狀，降低了炎性反應(yīng)，值得臨床上借鑒。

Objective To explore the clinical study of Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets combined with Levofloxacin Tablets in treatment of acute cholecystitis. Methods Patients (90 cases) with acute cholecystitis in The Second People’s Hospital of Anyang from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to random number table method, and each group had 45 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Levofloxacin Tablets, 0.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets on the basis of the control group, 6 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the clinical symptoms, gallbladder wall thickness, gallbladder emptying rate, and serum inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.55%, which was higher than 84.44% of the control group, and there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of abdominal pain, the recovery time of body temperature, and the disappearance time of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the gallbladder wall thickness of two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the gallbladder emptying rate of two groups was higher than that before treatment, and there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). The thickness of gallbladder wall in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the gallbladder emptying rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP in two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets combined with Levofloxacin Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of acute cholecystitis, can improve the clinical symptoms, and reduce the inflammatory reaction, which is worthy of clinical reference.
