目的 探討療癬卡西甫丸聯(lián)合卡泊三醇乳膏治療尋常型銀屑病的臨床療效。方法 選擇2019年6月—2021年6月南陽市中心醫(yī)院收治的106例尋常型銀屑病患者，隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組，每組各53例。對照組外涂卡泊三醇乳膏，取適量均勻涂在患處，2次/d。在對照組基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服療癬卡西甫丸，10 g/次，2次/d。所有連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組癥狀緩解時間，血清因子白細(xì)胞介素-2（IL-2）、干擾素-γ（INF-γ）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）水平及不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床有效率明顯高于對照組（98.11%vs 84.91%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組中瘙癢、紅斑丘疹、鱗屑、皮損緩解時間均明顯短于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清因子IL-2、INF-γ、TNF-α、IL-6水平明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療期間，治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為7.54%，明顯低于對照組的16.98%（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 療癬卡西甫丸聯(lián)合卡泊三醇乳膏治療尋常型銀屑病效果明顯，可改善機(jī)體免疫系統(tǒng)，降低炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Liaoxuan Kaxifu Pills combined with Calcipotriol Ointment in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Patients (106 cases) with psoriasis vulgaris in Nanyang Central Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were administered with Calcipotriol Ointment, evenly applied proper amount to the affected area, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Liaoxuan Kaxifu Pills on the basis of the control group, 10 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the relief time of symptom, levels of serum factor IL-2, INF-γ, TNF-α and IL-6, adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (98.11% vs 84.91%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the relief time of pruritus, erythema papules, scales and skin lesions in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum factors IL-6, IL-2, INF-γ and TNF-α were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the serum factors levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). During the treatment period, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 7.54%, which was significantly lower than 16.98% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Liaoxuan Kaxifu Pills combined with Calcipotriol Ointment in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has obvious curative effect, which can improve the immune system, reduce inflammatory reaction.
