目的 探討魚腥草滴眼液聯(lián)合夫西地酸滴眼液治療急性細(xì)菌性結(jié)膜炎的臨床效果。方法 選取2019年1月—2020年12月河南科技大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的160例急性細(xì)菌性結(jié)膜炎患者，隨機(jī)分成對照組和治療組，每組各80例。對照組患眼眼瞼內(nèi)滴入夫西地酸滴眼液，1滴/次，2次/d。在對照組基礎(chǔ)上，治療組給予魚腥草滴眼液，1滴/次，6次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者典型表現(xiàn)緩解時(shí)間，Schirmer I試驗(yàn)（SIt）值和淚膜破裂時(shí)間（BUT），及血清腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細(xì)胞介素-18（IL-18）和超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床有效率為97.50%，較對照組的88.75%顯著提高（P＜0.05）。與對照組相比，治療組灼熱感、異物感、結(jié)膜分泌物和結(jié)膜充血的緩解時(shí)間均顯著縮短（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組SIt值顯著增加，BUT顯著延長（P＜0.05）；而對照組SIt值顯著減小，BUT顯著縮短（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組SIt值和BUT均顯著優(yōu)于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清TNF-α、IL-18和hs-CRP濃度較治療前均顯著下降（P＜0.05），且治療組較對照組更低（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 魚腥草滴眼液聯(lián)合夫西地酸滴眼液治療急性細(xì)菌性結(jié)膜炎的整體療效確切，可安全有效，且迅速地改善患者眼部表現(xiàn)。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yuxingcao Eye Drops combined with Fusidic Acid Eye Drops in treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis. Methods Patients (160 cases) with acute bacterial conjunctivitis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 80 cases. Patients in the control group were administered with Fusidic Acid Eye Drops in the affected eye of intraeyelid, 1 drop/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yuxingcao Eye Drops on the basis of the control group, 1 drop/time, six times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the remission time of typical performance, SⅠt and BUT, the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-18 and hs-CRP in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (88.75%) (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the relief time of burning sensation, foreign body sensation, conjunctival secretion and conjunctival congestion in the treatment group was significantly shortened (P < 0.05). After treatment, SIt value in the treatment group was significantly increased, BUT significantly prolonged (P < 0.05). In the control group, SIt value decreased significantly, BUT decreased significantly (P < 0.05). After treatment, the SIt value and BUT in the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-18 and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The overall curative effect of Yuxingcao Eye Drops combined with Fusidic Acid Eye Drops in treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis is accurate, and which can safely, effectively and rapidly improve the eye performance of patients.
