目的 統(tǒng)計(jì)分析2019—2021年安徽中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)神經(jīng)病學(xué)研究所附屬醫(yī)院第二類精神藥品使用情況。方法 收集2019年1月—2021年12月安徽中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)神經(jīng)病學(xué)研究所附屬醫(yī)院第二類精神藥品用藥處方，具體對(duì)其銷售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、限定日費(fèi)用（DDC）及排序比（B/A）等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果 2019—2021年醫(yī)院第二類精神藥品銷售金額呈逐年升高趨勢，氯硝西泮、右佐匹克隆、唑吡坦用藥頻度（DDDs）始終位居前3位。第二類精神藥品DDC值基本保持穩(wěn)定，略有上漲。DDC值均＜4元。銷售金額與用藥人數(shù)同步性良好。結(jié)論 安徽中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)神經(jīng)病學(xué)研究所附屬醫(yī)院第二類精神藥品處方結(jié)構(gòu)基本合理，但仍需加強(qiáng)管理干預(yù)，確保醫(yī)師規(guī)范用藥，以提高藥物療效及安全性。

Objective To statistically analyze the use of class II psychotropic drugs in the Affiliated Hospital of the Institute of Neurology, Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2019 to 2021. Methods The class II psychotropic drugs were collected from Affiliated Hospital of the Institute of Neurology, Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021, and the consumption sum, DDDs, DDC, and B/A were statistically analyzed. Results From 2019 to 2021, the retail amount of class II psychotropic drugs increased year by year, with the frequency (DDDs) of clonazepam, dozopclone, and zolpidem always ranked the top three. The DDC value of class II psychotropic drugs remained stable and increased slightly. DDC values were all less than 4 yuan. The consumption sum had good synchronization with the number of drug users. Conclusion The prescription structure of the class II psychotropic drugs in Affiliated Hospital of the Institute of Neurology, Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is basically reasonable, but it is still necessary to strengthen management intervention to ensure that doctors standardize drug use, so as to improve the efficacy and safety of drugs.
