目的 探討一清膠囊聯(lián)合維胺酯膠囊治療口腔扁平苔蘚的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年12月—2021年9月山東省第二人民醫(yī)院收治的82例口腔扁平苔蘚患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各41例。對(duì)照組口服維胺酯膠囊，25 mg/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服一清膠囊，1 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療3個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組疼痛程度、病損面積和血清中表面活性蛋白（SP）、白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）、白細(xì)胞介素-12（IL-12）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率為90.24%，明顯高于對(duì)照組的總有效率73.17%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的視覺模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分、病損面積顯著降低（P＜0.05）；治療組的VAS評(píng)分、病損面積低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清SP、IL-8、IL-12水平明顯降低（P＜0.05），治療組血清SP、IL-8、IL-12水平明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 一清膠囊聯(lián)合維胺酯膠囊治療口腔扁平苔蘚具有較好的臨床療效，能降低疼痛程度和縮小病損面積，調(diào)節(jié)血清SP、IL-8、IL-12水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqing Capsules combined with Viaminate Capsules in treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods Patients (82 cases) with oral lichen planus in Shandong Second Provincial General Hospital from December 2019 to September 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 41 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Viaminate Capsules, 25 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yiqing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the degree of pain, the change of lesion area, and the serum levels of SP, IL-8, and IL-12 in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.24%, which was significantly higher than 73.17% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and lesion area of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The VAS score and lesion area of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of SP, IL-8, and IL-12 in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of SP, IL-8, and IL-12 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Yiqing Capsules combined with Viaminate Capsules is effective in treatment of oral lichen planus, reduce the degree of pain and area of lesion, regulate the serum levels of SP, IL-8, and IL-12.
