[摘要]
目的 優(yōu)化(4-羥基-1-甲基-7-苯氧異喹啉-3-羰基)甘氨酸的合成工藝。方法 以4-羥基-7-苯氧基-3-異喹啉羧酸甲酯和甘氨酸鈉為起始原料,依次經(jīng)過縮合、酯化、縮合、還原、水解反應(yīng)得到(4-羥基-1-甲基-7-苯氧異喹啉-3-羰基)甘氨酸。結(jié)果 本合成工藝總收率約為61%。結(jié)論 本工藝簡化了反應(yīng)操作條件,降低了制備成本,提高了產(chǎn)率,更適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。

[Abstract]
Objective To optimize the synthetic process of (4-hydroxy-1-methyl-7-phenoxyisoquinoline-3-carbonyl) glycine.Methods Taking methyl 4-hydroxy-7-phenoxyisoquinoline-3-carboxylate and sodium glycinate as the starting material,target compound is prepared by condensation,esterification,condensation,reduction and hydrolysis reaction.Results The total yield of this synthesis process is about 61%.Conclusion The process simplifies the experimental reaction operating conditions,reduces the preparation cost,improves the yield,and is more suitable for industrial production.
