[摘要]
目的 優(yōu)化當(dāng)歸揮發(fā)油的包合工藝。方法 以藁本內(nèi)酯包合率、丁烯基苯酞包合率、包合物收率和綜合評分為指標(biāo),以β-環(huán)糊精與揮發(fā)油配比、包合溫度和包合時間為考察因素,采用Box-Behnken響應(yīng)面法進行優(yōu)化,確定了當(dāng)歸揮發(fā)油飽和水溶液法包合的最佳工藝條件。結(jié)果 優(yōu)化的包合工藝為β-環(huán)糊精與揮發(fā)油配比為8∶1、包合溫度50 ℃、包合時間60 min。結(jié)論 確定的包合工藝包合率、包合物收率較高,工藝穩(wěn)定可行。

[Abstract]
Objective To optimize f inclusion process of Angelica sinensis volatile oil.Methods Taking inclusion rate of ligustilide and 3-butenylphthalide,yield of inclusion compound and comprehensive score as index,β-CD-volatile oil ratio,inclusion temperature,and inclusion times factors as factors,Box-Behnken design-response surface method was used to optimize and confirm the technology of saturated aqueous solution process of Angelica sinensis volatile oil.Results The optimum technological conditions were β-CD-volatile oil ratio 8:1,inclusion temperature 50℃,and inclusion time 60 min.Conclusion The optimal technological conditions have higher inclusion rate and yield,with stable and feasible process.
