目的 探討參麥注射液聯(lián)合替格瑞洛片治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年7月—2022年3月在海安市人民醫(yī)院就診的112例冠心病心絞痛患者，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各56例。對(duì)照組患者口服替格瑞洛片，90 mg/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注參麥注射液，100 mL加入250 mL葡萄糖溶液中，1次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的心絞痛癥狀以及血清中妊娠相關(guān)血漿蛋白A（PAPP-A）、高遷移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）、肌紅蛋白（Mb）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為96.43%，明顯高于對(duì)照組的總有效率83.93%，組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的發(fā)作頻率、最長(zhǎng)持續(xù)時(shí)間、數(shù)字疼痛強(qiáng)度量表（NRS）評(píng)分均明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組發(fā)作頻率、最長(zhǎng)持續(xù)時(shí)間、NRS評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清PAPP-A、HMGB1、Mb水平明顯降低（P＜0.05）；治療后，治療組的血清PAPP-A、HMGB1、Mb水平低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 參麥注射液聯(lián)合替格瑞洛片可提高冠心病心絞痛的療效，減輕心絞痛癥狀，降低心肌損傷，并且具有良好安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenmai Injection combined with Ticagrelor Tablets in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods Patients (84 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Hai'an People's Hospital from July 2020 to March 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method,and each group had 56 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Ticagrelor Tablets,90 mg/time,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenmai Injection on the basis of the control group,100 mL added into glucose solution 250 mL,once daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and the angina pectoris symptoms and the serum levels of PAPP-A,HMGB1,and Mb in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than 83.93% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the groups (P the curative effect of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,further reduce the symptoms of angina pectoris,reduce myocardial injury,with good safety.<0.05).After treatment,the attack frequency,longest duration of angina pectoris,and the NRS score of two groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05),and the attack frequency and longest duration of angina pectoris,and the NRS score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the groups (P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of PAPP-A,HMGB1,and Mb in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of PAPP-A,HMGB1,and Mb in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shenmai Injection combined with Ticagrelor Tablets can improve
