目的 探討膚癢顆粒聯(lián)合阿伐斯汀治療慢性蕁麻疹的臨床療效。方法 選擇2019年1月—2021年3月資陽(yáng)市第一人民醫(yī)院收治的82例慢性蕁麻疹患者，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組（41例）和治療組（41例）。對(duì)照組口服阿伐斯汀膠囊，8 mg/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服膚癢顆粒，2袋/次，3次/d。兩組患者治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀緩解時(shí)間，生活質(zhì)量指數(shù)（DLQI）評(píng)分，血清腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、可溶性黏附因子-1（sVCAM-1）、白細(xì)胞介素-4（IL-4）和γ干擾素（INF-γ）水平及不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果 治療組總有效率（97.56%）明顯高于對(duì)照組（78.05%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組皮膚瘙癢、皮疹、胸悶、心悸緩解時(shí)間均明顯早于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者DLQI評(píng)分均明顯下降（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清因子IL-4、TNF-α和sVCAM-1水平明顯降低，而INF-γ水平明顯升高（P＜0.05），且治療組血清因子水平明顯好于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組（7.32% vs 17.07%，P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 膚癢顆粒聯(lián)合阿伐斯汀治療慢性蕁麻疹效果確切，可有效改善臨床癥狀，減弱機(jī)體炎性反應(yīng)，且安全有效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Fuyang Granules combined with avastin in treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods Patients (82 cases) with chronic urticaria in First People's Hospital of Ziyang from January 2019 to March 2021 were divided into control (41 cases) and treatment (41 cases) group by random number table method.Patients in the control group were po administered with Acrivastine Capsules,8 mg/time,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fuyang Granules on the basis of the control group,2 bags/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d.After treatment,the clinical evaluation was evaluated,the relief time of symptom,DLQI scores,the levels of serum factor IL-4,TNF-α,sVCAM-1 and INF-γ,adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group (97.56%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.05%,P<0.05).After treatment,the relief time of itchy skin,rash,chest tightness,palpitations in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the DLQI score of the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05),and which in the treatment group was significantly lower than in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-4,TNF-α,and sVCAM-1 in two groups were significantly decreased,while the level of INF-γ were significantly increased (P<0.05),and the level of serum factors in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.32%vs 17.07%,P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyang Granule with avastin combined is effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reaction,and it is safe and effective.
