目的 探討解毒生肌膏聯(lián)合康復(fù)新液霧化和臭氧水沖洗治療肛周膿腫的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年1月—2021年11月保定市第五醫(yī)院收治的100例肛周膿腫患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（50例）和治療組（50例）。對(duì)照組采用康復(fù)新液霧化聯(lián)合臭氧水沖洗方案，首先將康復(fù)新液放入醫(yī)用超聲霧化機(jī)中，熏洗30 min，2次/d；然后臭氧水（濃度≥4.3 mg/L）對(duì)創(chuàng)面持續(xù)沖洗5 min，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上，于患處涂敷解毒生肌膏，2次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者疼痛及體征情況，創(chuàng)面愈合情況，血清白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、高敏-C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子-β（TGF-β）和表皮細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子（EGF）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床總有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組（98.00% vs 84.00%，P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組視覺(jué)疼痛評(píng)分（VAS）、創(chuàng)面水腫、肉芽組織和分泌物評(píng)分比治療前均明顯下降（P＜0.05），且治療組顯著低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間、水腫緩解時(shí)間和出血緩解時(shí)間顯著短于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP水平較治療前顯著降低，而TGF-β和EGF水平顯著升高（P＜0.05），且治療組IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP、TGF-β和EGF水平明顯好于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 解毒生肌膏聯(lián)合康復(fù)新液霧化和臭氧水沖洗治療肛周膿腫效果確切，明顯減輕患者疼痛、水腫和分泌物，降低炎癥反應(yīng)，加速創(chuàng)面愈合和促進(jìn)患者恢復(fù)。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiedu Shengji Ointment combined with Kangfuxin Liquid atomization and ozone water flushing in treatment of perianal abscess.Methods Patients (100 cases) with perianal abscess in NO.5 Hospital of Baoding from January 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into control (50 cases) and treatment (50 cases) group.Patients in the control group were administered with the scheme of atomization of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with ozone water,firstly,Kangfuxin Liquid was put into the medical ultrasonic atomizer and fumigated for 30 min,twice daily,then the wound was washed continuously with ozone water (concentration ≥ 4.3 mg/L) for 5 min,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were administered with Jiedu Shengji Ointment to the affected area on the basis of the control group,twice daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical evaluation was evaluated,the pain and signs,wound healing,inflammatory factors,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP,TGF-β,and EGF in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (98.00%vs 84.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of VAS pain,wound edema,granulation tissue,and secretion in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the wound healing time,edema relief time,and bleeding relief time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and hs-CRP were significantly decreased,while the levels of TGF-β,and EGF were significantly increased in both groups (P<0.05),and the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP,TGF-β,and EGF in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Jiedu Shengji Ointment combined with Kangfuxin Liquid atomization and ozone water flushing is effective in the treatment of perianal abscess,which can significantly reduce pain,edema and secretion,reduce inflammatory reaction,accelerate wound healing and promote patient recovery.
