目的 觀察菖麻熄風(fēng)片聯(lián)合氟哌啶醇片治療小兒抽動穢語綜合征的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年8月—2021年6月河南科技大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院接收的96例抽動穢語綜合征患兒，根據(jù)入院奇偶順序?qū)⒒純悍譃閷φ战M和治療組，每組各48例。對照組患兒口服氟哌啶醇片，初始劑量0.03 mg/(kg·d)，每10天增加0.025～0.050 mg/(kg·d)，最高劑量不超過0.15 mg/(kg·d)。治療組患兒在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服菖麻熄風(fēng)片，5～6歲，1片/次，3次/d；7～12歲，2片/次，3次/d。兩組患兒連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的智力發(fā)育情況、療效、腦電圖（EEG）情況、耶魯綜合抽動嚴(yán)重程度量表（YGTSS）評分、血清神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為93.75%，高于對照組的總有效率70.83%，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組運動性抽動、發(fā)生性抽動評分均較治療前下降（P＜0.05），且治療組運動性抽動、發(fā)生性抽動評分低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組操作智商、言語智商、總智商評分均較治療前升高（P＜0.05），且治療組操作智商、言語智商、總智商評分高于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組EEG正常例數(shù)明顯多于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清多巴胺（DA）、5-羥色胺（5-HT）、去甲腎上腺素（NE）水平均較治療前降低（P＜0.05），且治療組血清DA、5-HT、NE水平低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 菖麻熄風(fēng)片聯(lián)合氟哌啶醇片治療小兒抽動穢語綜合征的療效顯著，可有效改善患兒臨床癥狀、智力發(fā)育和EEG情況，調(diào)節(jié)血清神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)DA、NE、5-HT水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Changma Xifeng Tablets combined with Haloperidol Tablets in treatment of Tourette's syndrome in children.Methods Children (96 cases) with Tourette's syndrome in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from August 2019 to June 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the parity order of admission,and each group had 48 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Haloperidol Tablets,the initial dose is 0.03 mg/(kg·d),with an increase of 0.025-0.050 mg/(kg·d) every 10 d,and the maximum dose does not exceed 0.15 mg/(kg·d).Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Changma Xifeng Tablets on the basis of the control group,5-6 years old,1 tablet/time,three times daily,7-12 years old,2 tablets/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and the intelligence development,curative effect,EEG,YGTSS score,and serum neurotransmitter level in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,higher than that of the control group of 70.83%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of locomotor twitch and paroxysmal twitch in two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),and the scores of locomotor twitch and paroxysmal twitch in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of operational IQ,verbal IQ,and total IQ in two groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the scores of operational IQ,verbal IQ,and total IQ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the EEG normal cases in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of DA,5-HT,and NE in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the serum levels of DA,5-HT,and NE in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Changma Xifeng Tablets combined with Haloperidol Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of Tourette's syndrome in children,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,intellectual development and EEG of children,and regulate the serum levels of neurotransmitters DA,NE,and 5-HT.
