目的 探討歐龍馬滴劑聯(lián)合阿莫西林克拉維酸鉀治療兒童急性分泌性中耳炎的臨床療效。方法 選擇2019年1月—2021年12月平煤神馬醫(yī)療集團(tuán)總醫(yī)院收治的120例急性分泌性中耳炎患兒，隨機(jī)分對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各60例。對(duì)照組口服阿莫西林克拉維酸鉀干混懸劑，每次25 mg/kg，2次/d。在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服歐龍馬口服滴劑，3.5 mL/次，3次/d。兩組連續(xù)用藥10 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀緩解時(shí)間，聽力改善情況，血清因子白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、降鈣素原（PCT）、白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）和血小板活化因子（PAF）水平，及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床有效率（98.33%）明顯高于對(duì)照組（83.33%，P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組癥狀緩解時(shí)間均早于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒聽力均明顯改善（P＜0.05），且治療組患兒的聽力改善情況好于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清因子IL-1β、IL-8、PCT、PAF水平明顯下降（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率（6.67%）明顯低于對(duì)照組（15.01%，P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 歐龍馬滴劑聯(lián)合阿莫西林克拉維酸鉀治療兒童急性分泌性中耳炎效果確切，有效縮短了癥狀緩解時(shí)間，聽力恢復(fù)明顯。

Objective To investigate the clinical study of Sinupret Drops combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium in treatment of acute secretory otitis media in children.Methods Children (120 cases) with acute secretory otitis media in General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Group from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment group,and each group had 60 cases.Children in the control group po were administered with Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium for Suspension,25 mg/kg every time,twice daily.Children in the treatment group were po administered with Sinupret Drops on the basis of the control group,3.5 mL/time,three times daily.Children in two groups were treated for 10 d.After treatment,the clinical evaluation was evaluated,the relief time of symptom,the improvement of hearing,the levels of serum factor IL-1β,IL-8,PCT,PAF,and adverse reaction in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group (98.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.33%,P<0.05).After treatment,the relief time of symptom in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the hearing in two groups was significantly improved (P<0.05),and the hearing improvement in the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum factors IL-1β,IL-8,PCT,and PAF in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05),and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group (6.67%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (15.01%,P<0.05).Conclusion Sinupret Drops combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium have definite therapeutic effects in treatment of acute secretory otitis media in children,effectively shortens the relief time of symptom,the recovery of hearing is obvious.
