目的 探討龍掌口含液聯(lián)合丁硼乳膏治療牙周炎的臨床療效。方法 選擇2020年4月—2021年4月在滄州市人民醫(yī)院診治的86牙周炎患者，根據(jù)用藥的差別分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各43例。對(duì)照組給予丁硼乳膏，1 g/次涂抹于患處，5 min后清水漱口，4次/d。在此基礎(chǔ)上，治療組含漱龍掌口含液，10 mL/次，含漱2 min/次，4次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者牙周指標(biāo)牙周袋深度（PD）、齦溝出血指數(shù)（SBI）、菌斑指數(shù)（PLI）、牙齦指數(shù)（GI）和附著喪失（AL），SESS、Barthel、VAS和GOHAI評(píng)分，齦溝液細(xì)胞因子超敏-C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、可溶性細(xì)胞間黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）、高遷移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）、前列素E₂（PGE₂）和白細(xì)胞介素-23（IL-23）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組臨床總有效率為81.40%，明顯低于治療組（97.67%，P＜0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組PD、SBI、PLI、GI、AL均明顯降低（P＜0.05），并以治療組下降最為明顯（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患者SESS評(píng)分和Barthel評(píng)分明顯升高，而VAS評(píng)分和GOHAI均明顯下降（P＜0.05），并以治療組評(píng)分改善的最為明顯（P＜0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組患者齦溝液中hs-CRP、sICAM-1、HMGB1、PGE₂、IL-23水平均明顯降低（P＜0.05），并以治療組患者下降最為明顯（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 龍掌口含液聯(lián)合丁硼乳膏治療牙周炎可有效提高口腔自我效能，利于牙周狀態(tài)改善，降低局部炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Longzhang Oral Fluid combined with Dingpeng Emulsion in treatment of periodontitis.Methods Patients (86 cases) with periodontitis in Cangzhou People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were divided into control and treatment group by differences in medication,and each group had 43 cases.Patients in the control group were administered with Dingpeng Emulsion on the affected area,1 g/time,rinsed mouth with water after 5 min,four times daily.Patients in the treatment group were administered with Longzhang Oral Fluid on the basis of the control group,10 mL/time for 2 min,four times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d.After treatment,the clinical evaluation was evaluated,the periodontal indexes PD,SBI,PLI,GI,and AL,the scores of related scales SESS,Barthel,VAS,and GOHAI,the levels of cytokines hs-CRP,sICAM-1,HMGB1,PGE₂,and IL-23 in gingival crevicular fluid in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the control group was 81.40%,which was significantly lower than that of the treatment group (97.67%,P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of PD,SBI,PLI,GI,and AL were significantly decreased in two groups (P<0.05),especially in the treatment group (P<0.05).After treatment,the SESS score and Barthel score were significantly increased,while the VAS score and GOHAI were significantly decreased in two groups (P<0.05),and these scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,sICAM-1,HMGB1,PGE₂,and IL-23 in gingival crevicular fluid were significantly decreased in two groups (P<0.05),especially in the treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion Longzhang Oral Fluid combined with Dingpeng Emulsion in the treatment of periodontitis can effectively improve oral self-efficacy,improve periodontal status and reduce local inflammatory reaction,which has good clinical application value.
