目的 探討小金膠囊聯(lián)合達(dá)那唑膠囊治療子宮肌瘤的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年5月—2021年11月蘇州市中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院收治的100例子宮肌瘤患者作為研究對象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各50例。對照組口服達(dá)那唑膠囊，2粒/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服小金膠囊，4粒/次，2次/d。兩組在連續(xù)治療6個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組患者的病灶體積、子宮體積、主觀下腹痛程度和血清血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）、糖類抗原125（CA125）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為92.00%，對照組的總有效率為76.00%，組間的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的病灶體積、子宮體積均顯著減小（P＜0.05），治療組病灶體積、子宮體積明顯小于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評分顯著降低（P＜0.05），治療組VAS評分明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清VEGF、CA125、MMP-9水平均顯著降低（P＜0.05），治療組血清VEGF、CA125、MMP-9水平均明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 小金膠囊聯(lián)合達(dá)那唑治療子宮肌瘤的臨床療效確切，能促進(jìn)患者病灶體積縮小，減輕下腹痛程度，降低血清VEGF、CA125、MMP-9水平，且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaojin Capsules combined with Danazol Capsules in treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods Patients (100 cases) with uterine fibroids in Suzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2019 to November 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method,and each group had 50 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Danazol Capsules,2 grains/time,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaojin Capsules on the basis of the control group,4 grains/time,twice daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and the lesion volume,the uterine volume,the subjective degree of lower abdominal pain,and the serum levels of VEGF,CA125,and MMP-9 in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 92.00% in the treatment group and 76.00% in the control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the lesion volume and uterine volume of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05),and the lesion volume and uterine volume of the treatment group were significantly smaller than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05),and the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of VEGF,CA125,and MMP-9 in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05),the serum levels of VEGF,CA125,and MMP-9 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaojin Capsules combined with Danazol Capsules is effective in treatment of uterine fibroids,can promote the reduction of lesion volume,reduce the degree of lower abdominal pain,and reduce the serum levels of VEGF,CA125 and MMP-9,with good safety.
