目的 分析張家口市第一醫(yī)院麻醉藥品應(yīng)用情況，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 從張家口市第一醫(yī)院醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)（HIS）中調(diào)取2019年1月—2021年12月相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)資料，采用Excel統(tǒng)計(jì)用藥品種、金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、限定日費(fèi)用（DDC）和用藥金額排序（B）/DDDs排序（A）的比值。結(jié)果 2019—2021年，醫(yī)院住院藥房使用的麻醉藥品涉及17個(gè)品規(guī)，麻醉藥品的銷售金額呈逐年遞增趨勢。2019—2021年，鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片（10 mg）一直居于首位，鹽酸哌替啶片則一直居于末位；2019—2021年，鹽酸布桂嗪注射液、鹽酸哌替啶片和磷酸可待因片DDC一直排在后3位，DDC均在5元以下。2019—2021年，院內(nèi)絕大部分麻醉藥品B/A＞0.5。結(jié)論 張家口市第一醫(yī)院住院藥麻醉藥品使用基本合理，但仍然存在不足，須進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)。

Objective To analyze the use of narcotic drugs in Zhangjiakou First Hospital,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods Related data were collected from the Hospital Information System (HIS) of Zhangjiakou First Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021,and the ratio of drug type,sum,DDDs,DDC and drug sum order (B)/DDDs order (A) was analyzed by Excel.Results From 2019 to 2021,17 drug specifications were involved in the use of narcotic drugs in hospital inpatient pharmacies,and the consumption sum of narcotic drugs showed an increasing trend year by year.From 2019 to 2021,Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets (10 mg) have been in the first place,while Pethidine Hydrochloride Tablets have been in the last place.From 2019 to 2021,the DDC of Bucinazine Hydrochloride Injection,Pethidine Hydrochloride Tablets,and Codeine Phosphate Tablets always ranked the last 3,with DDC below 5 yuan.From 2019 to 2021,B/A of most narcotic drugs in hospitals was>0.5.Conclusion The use of inpatient narcotic drugs in Zhangjiakou First Hospital is basically reasonable,but there are still deficiencies,which should be further improved.
