外傷性骨折是臨床骨科常見病和多發(fā)病，積極有效促進(jìn)骨折愈合對(duì)改善患者預(yù)后具有重要臨床價(jià)值。骨碎補(bǔ)可促進(jìn)骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞分化、促進(jìn)成骨細(xì)胞增殖、抑制破骨細(xì)胞活性、促進(jìn)軟骨細(xì)胞生長、抑制氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)、調(diào)節(jié)相關(guān)分子信號(hào)通絡(luò)。探討了骨碎補(bǔ)促進(jìn)骨折愈合、治療外傷性骨折的作用機(jī)制，為骨碎補(bǔ)臨床上提供參考。

Traumatic fracture is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical orthopaedics.Active and effective promotion of fracture healing has important clinical value in improving the prognosis of patients.Drynariae Rhizoma can promote the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,promote the proliferation of osteoblasts,inhibit the activity of osteoclasts,promote the growth of chondrocytes,inhibit the oxidative stress response,and regulate related molecular signaling.This paper summarizes the mechanism of Drynariae Rhizoma in treatment of traumatic fractures,and provides reference for Drynariae Rhizoma to promote fracture healing in clinic.
