目的 篩選適宜祛風(fēng)活絡(luò)噴霧劑的促滲劑。方法 采用垂直式改良Franz擴散池考察1%、2%、3%的氮酮、薄荷腦、冰片3種促滲劑對祛風(fēng)活絡(luò)噴霧劑中巖白菜素的體外經(jīng)皮促透作用。結(jié)果 巖白菜素累積透過量隨著促滲劑濃度的增加而增加，透皮行為均符合零級方程，在高濃度條件下，薄荷腦的促透效果最優(yōu)。結(jié)論 3%薄荷腦對祛風(fēng)活絡(luò)噴霧劑中巖白菜素促透效果優(yōu)于同濃度的冰片和氮酮。

Objective To screen suitable penetration enhancer for Qufeng Huoluo Spray. Methods Percutaneous permeation-enhancing effects in vitro of bergenin in Qufeng Huoluo Spray with three permeation enhancers at different concentrations of 1%, 2%, and 3% were investigated on vertical modified Franz diffusion cell. Results The cumulative permeation amount of bergenin increased with the increase of the concentration of the permeation enhancers, and the permeation behaviors conformed to the Zero-order equation. Under the condition of high concentration, the permeation-enhancing effect of menthol was the best. Conclusion The penetration enhancement effects of 3% menthol on bergenin in Qufeng Huoluo Spray were better than those in borneol and azone at the same concentration.
