[摘要]
目的 綜合評(píng)價(jià)不同產(chǎn)地蒼耳子的質(zhì)量。方法 采用HPLC法測(cè)定不同產(chǎn)地蒼耳子中羧基蒼術(shù)苷、蒼術(shù)苷、新綠原酸、綠原酸、隱綠原酸、噻嗪雙酮苷、1,5-二咖啡??鼘幩帷?,4-二咖啡??鼘幩帷?,5-二咖啡??鼘幩岷?,5-二咖啡??鼘幩幔捎闷钚《伺袆e分析(PLS-DA)和熵權(quán)優(yōu)劣解距離法(EW-TOPSIS)法綜合分析測(cè)定結(jié)果,尋找引起蒼耳子產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的主要差異性物質(zhì),評(píng)價(jià)不同產(chǎn)地蒼耳子質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣。結(jié)果 10種成分在各自范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好;綠原酸、1,5-二咖啡??鼘幩帷?,5-二咖啡??鼘幩?、羧基蒼術(shù)苷和新綠原酸是影響蒼耳子產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的主要潛在標(biāo)志物;EW-TOPSIS法分析結(jié)果顯示江蘇和山東產(chǎn)的蒼耳子質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)。結(jié)論 建立的HPLC法操作便捷、結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,結(jié)合PLS-DA、EW-TOPSIS法可綜合評(píng)價(jià)不同產(chǎn)地蒼耳子的質(zhì)量。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish comprehensive quality evaluation for Xanthii Fructus from different producing areas. Methods The contents of carboxyatractyloside, atractyloside, neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, xanthiside, 1,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid, and 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid in Xanthii Fructus from different producing areas were determined by HPLC method. The results were analyzed by PLS-DA and EW-TOPSIS method for excavate the main potential markers affecting the quality of Xanthii Fructus, and to evaluate qualities of Xanthii Fructus from different producing areas. Results The ten components had good linear relationships in their respective ranges. Chlorogenic acid, 1,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid, carboxyatractyloside, and neochlorogenic acid were the main potential markers affecting the quality of Xanthii Fructus. The EW-TOPSIS method demonstrated that the qualities of Xanthii Fructus in Jiangsu and Shandong Province were the best. Conclusion The established HPLC method is convenient and accurate, and combined with PLS-DA and EW-TOPSIS method can be used for the comprehensive evaluation for quality of Xanthii Fructus.
