目的 探討健胃消食口服液聯(lián)合酪酸梭菌活菌散治療小兒功能性消化不良的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年1月—2020年7月南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬兒童醫(yī)院門診就診的120例小兒功能性消化不良患兒，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患兒分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各60例。對(duì)照組口服酪酸梭菌活菌散，1包/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服健胃消食口服液，10mL/次，2次/d。兩組患兒均連續(xù)治療14d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀緩解時(shí)間、功能性消化不良生存質(zhì)量表（FDDQL）評(píng)分、血漿胃泌素（GAS）、血漿胃動(dòng)素（MTL）、血漿P物質(zhì)（SP）。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率98.33%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的85.00%（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組出現(xiàn)腹脹、厭食、噯氣、反酸改善時(shí)間均顯著短于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組FDDQL評(píng)分均較治療前顯著升高（P＜0.05）；治療后治療組FDDQL評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒GAS、MTL、SP水平均較治療前顯著升高（P＜0.05）；治療后，治療組胃腸激素指標(biāo)水平顯著高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 健胃消食口服液聯(lián)合酪酸梭菌活菌散治療小兒功能性消化不良效果確切，能有效調(diào)節(jié)患兒胃腸激素水平，更利于患兒生活質(zhì)量的改善，值得借鑒。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jianwei Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with Clostridium Butyricum Powders in treatment of functional dyspepsia in children. Methods A total of 120 children with functional dyspepsia admitted to the Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2017 to July 2020 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Children in the control group were po administered with Clostridium Butyricum Powders, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jianwei Xiaoshi Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, twice daily. Both groups were treated for 14 d. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the clinical symptom remission time, FDDQL score, plasma gastrin (GAS), plasma motilin (MTL) and plasma substance P (SP) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.00%, P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of abdominal distension, anorexia, belching and acid regurgitation in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, FDDQL scores in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the FDDQL score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, GAS, MTL, and SP levels in two groups were significantly increased compared with before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, gastrointestinal hormone indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Jianwei Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with Clostridium Butyricum Powders has exact effect in treatment of functional dyspepsia in children, and can effectively regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormone in children, and improve the quality of life of children, which is worth learning
