目的 探討樂孕寧顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸利托君片治療先兆流產(chǎn)的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年10月—2021年12月在鄭州市婦幼保健院就診的100例先兆流產(chǎn)患者，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將100例患者分為對照組和治療組，每組有50例。對照組患者口服鹽酸利托君片，2片/次，每6小時1次；治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服樂孕寧顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組患者治療14d。觀察兩組的療效，比較兩組的腹痛、陰道出血、宮縮消失時間以及血清中妊娠相關(guān)血漿蛋白A（PAPP-A）、糖蛋白抗原125（CA125）、T淋巴細胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白3（Tim-3）、β人絨毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）、孕酮、雌二醇水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為96.00%，高于對照組的總有效率82.00%（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組患者腹痛、陰道出血、宮縮消失時間均短于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清PAPP-A、Tim-3水平較治療前升高，血清CA125水平較治療前降低（P＜0.05）；治療組的血清PAPP-A、Tim-3水平明顯高于對照組，血清CA125水平明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清β-HCG、孕酮、雌二醇水平較治療前明顯升高（P＜0.05）；治療組血清β-HCG、孕酮、雌二醇水平明顯高于對照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 樂孕寧顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸利托君片治療先兆流產(chǎn)的療效確切，可改善臨床癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)PAPP-A、Tim-3、CA125、β-HCG、孕酮、雌二醇水平，安全性較好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Leyunning Granules combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of threatened abortion. Methods Patients (100 cases) with threatened abortion in Women & Infants Hospital of Zhengzhou from October 2018 to December 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to random number table method, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ritodrine Hydrochloride Tablets, 2 tablets/time, once every 6 h. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Leyunning Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the disappearance times of abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, and uterine contractions, and the levels of PAPP-A, CA125, Tim-3, β-HCG, progesterone, and estradiol in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (82.00%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance times of abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding and uterine contraction in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of PAPP-A and Tim-3 in two groups were higher than those before treatment, but the serum level of CA125 in two groups was lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The serum levels of PAPP-A and Tim-3 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, but the serum level of CA125 was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of β-HCG, progesterone, and estradiol in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05). The serum levels of β-HCG, progesterone, and estradiol in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Leyunning Granules combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of threatened abortion, can improve clinical symptoms, regulate the levels of PAPP-A, Tim-3, CA125, β-HCG, progesterone, and estradiol, with good safety.
