目的 探討活血止痛膠囊聯(lián)合雙氯芬酸鈉治療急性軟組織損傷的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年6月—2022年6月如皋市人民醫(yī)院收治的90例急性軟組織損傷病患，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組（45例）和治療組（45例）。對照組口服雙氯芬酸鈉緩釋膠囊，50mg/次，2次/d。在對照組基礎(chǔ)上，治療組口服活血止痛膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組治療7d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀改善時間，視覺模擬評分法（VAS），血清炎性因子白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、前列腺素E₂（PGE₂）和白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者總有效率（97.78%）明顯高于對照組（80.00%，P＜0.05）。與對照組比較，治療組癥狀改善更快（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評分均明顯下降（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清炎性因子IL-1β、IL-6、PGE₂、TNF-α水平均明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 活血止痛膠囊聯(lián)合雙氯芬酸鈉治療急性軟組織損傷效果確切，能有效降低機(jī)體炎性因子含量，促進(jìn)軟組織的修復(fù)、再生、功能恢復(fù)。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Huoxue Zhitong Capsule combined with diclofenac sodium in treatment of acute soft tissue injury. Methods Patients (90 cases) with acute soft tissue injury in Rugao People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into control (45 cases) and treatment (45 cases) group according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with po Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Capsules, 50 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group po administered with Huoxue Zhitong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the improvement time of symptom, VAS scores, the levels of serum factor IL-1β, IL-6, PGE₂, and TNF-α, and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of patients in the treatment group (97.78%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.00%, P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the symptoms of the treatment group improved faster (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS score in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factor IL-1β, IL-6, PGE₂, TNF-α in two groups were significantly lower (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Huoxue Zhitong Capsule combined with diclofenac sodium in treatment of acute soft tissue injury is definite, which can effectively reduce the content of inflammatory factors in the body, and promote the repair, regeneration and functional recovery of soft tissues.
