目的 分析血栓通注射劑的不良反應，為臨床的安全合理用藥提供參考。方法 以“血栓通”“不良反應”“不良事件”“Xueshuantong”“adverse reaction”“adverse event”為關鍵詞檢索2005年1月—2022年10月中國知網、萬方、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫，對血栓通注射劑引起的不良反應進行匯總、分析。結果 共納入35篇文獻，1551例患者，男女比例約1∶1，60歲以上人群居多（69.95%），心腦血管系統(tǒng)疾病患者的不良反應最多（55.51%），不良反應最常出現(xiàn)在用藥30min內（37.96%），常累及多個器官系統(tǒng)，以皮膚、肌肉、骨骼系統(tǒng)損害最為常見（56.54%）。結論 臨床應用血栓通注射劑時要嚴格按照藥品說明書來使用，用藥過程中除了重視血栓通注射劑引起的速發(fā)型過敏反應外，還要關注遲發(fā)型過敏反應的可能。

Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of Xueshuantong injection, to provide reference for safe and rational drug use in clinic. Methods Using "Xueshuantong""adverse reaction""Xueshuantong""adverse reaction" and "adverse event" as key words, CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP database from January 2005 to October 2022 was searched. The adverse reactions caused by Xueshuantong Injection were summarized and analyzed. Result A total of 35 literatures were included, including 1 551 patients, with a male to female ratio of 1:1 (69.95%). Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases had the most adverse reactions (55.51%), and adverse reactions most often appeared within 30 min of medication (37.96%), often involving multiple organ systems. The damage of skin, muscle and bone system was the most common (56.54%). Conslusion The clinical application of Xueshuantong injection form should be strictly in accordance with the drug instructions. In the process of medication, attention should be paid to the rapid allergic reaction caused by Xueshuantong Injection, as well as the possibility of delayed allergic reaction.
