尿囊素是一種天然的、安全的，無毒的咪唑類雜環(huán)化合物，具有多種藥理作用。隨著尿囊素藥理特性的不斷深入研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)其涉及到多種分子機制，如激活咪唑啉受體、提高能量代謝、抗氧化應激、抗炎等。歸納總結(jié)了尿囊素的藥理作用機制，以期為尿囊素的后續(xù)研究和開發(fā)利用提供參考。

Allantoin is a natural, safe, non-toxic imidazole heterocyclic compound, which has a variety of pharmacological effects. With the further study of the pharmacological properties of allantoin, it involves a variety of molecular mechanisms, such as activation of imidazoline receptors, improvement of energy metabolism, antioxidant stress, anti-inflammatory, etc. Therefore, this paper summarized the mechanism of allantoin, so as to provide a reference for the follow-up research and development of allantoin.
