目的 探討八正顆粒聯(lián)合阿莫西林克拉維酸鉀治療小兒尿路感染的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年3月-2022年3月在鄭州大學附屬兒童醫(yī)院泌尿外科治療尿路感染的106例患兒,按隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組,每組各53例。對照組口服阿莫西林克拉維酸鉀干混懸劑,0.5包/次,每12小時1次。治療組患者在對照組的基礎上開水沖服八正顆粒,1袋/次,3次/d。兩組患兒連續(xù)用藥7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效,比較兩組臨床癥狀改善時間和血清學因子水平。結果 治療后,治療組總有效率是98.11%,顯著高于對照組的81.13%(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、食欲不振、尿頻、尿痛改善時間均顯著短于對照組(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組白細胞介素-6(IL-6)、白細胞介素-8(IL-8)、降鈣素原(PCT)、C反應蛋白(CRP)水平均較治療前顯著降低(P<0.05);治療后治療組患者血清因子水平均低于對照組(P<0.05)。結論 八正顆粒聯(lián)合阿莫西林克拉維酸鉀治療小兒尿路感染療效確切,患兒癥狀改善較好,能有效降低炎性因子,且安全有效,值的應用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bazheng Granules combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium in treatment of children with urinary tract infection. Methods A total of 106 children treated for urinary tract infection in Department of Urology of Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium for Suspension, 0.5 bag/time, once every 12 h. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Bazheng Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. The two groups were continuously treated for 7 d. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms and serological factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.11%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.13%, P＜0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of fever, loss of appetite, frequency of urination and pain in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), procalcitonin (PCT), and C-reactive protein (CRP) in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05). After treatment, the serum factor levels in treatment group were lower than those in control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Bazheng Granules combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium has curative effect in treatment of children with urinary tract infection, and can improved children’s symptoms better, and also can effectively reduce inflammatory factors safely and effectively, which has clinical application of value.
