[摘要]
目的 探討芍麻止痙顆粒聯(lián)合氟哌啶醇片治療兒童抽動(dòng)癥的臨床療效。方法 選擇2020年7月—2022年7月在北京航天總醫(yī)院治療的108例抽動(dòng)癥患兒,依據(jù)用藥差別分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各54例。對(duì)照組口服氟哌啶醇片,1 mg/次,3次/d;在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上,治療組口服芍麻止痙顆粒,5 g/次,3次/d。兩組患者經(jīng)8周治療。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀改善時(shí)間,YGTSS、Yale-Brown、CBCL、Piers-Harris和WISC-Ⅳ量表評(píng)分,及血清5-羥色胺(5-HT)、神經(jīng)元特異性醇化酶(NSE)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、谷氨酸(GLU)和多巴胺(DA)水平。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組總有效率為98.15%,顯著高于對(duì)照組(83.33%,P<0.05)。治療后,治療組患兒咧嘴、聳肩、擠眼和伸脖子改善時(shí)間明顯短于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組YGTSS、Yale-Brown和CBCL量表評(píng)分明顯降低,而Piers-Harris和WISC-Ⅳ量表評(píng)分均明顯升高(P<0.05),并以治療組改善更明顯(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組血清5-HT、NSE、GLU、DA水平明顯降低,而GABA水平明顯升高(P<0.05),且治療組改善更明顯(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 芍麻止痙顆粒聯(lián)合氟哌啶醇片治療兒童抽動(dòng)癥可有效改善患兒癥狀,促進(jìn)患兒智力發(fā)育,提高自我意識(shí),改善機(jī)體神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)水平。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shaoma Zhijing Granules combined with haloperidol in treatment of tourette syndrome in children. Methods Children (108 cases) with tourette syndrome in Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were divided into control and treatment group based on different treatment, and each group had 54 cases. Children in the control group was po administered with Haloperidol Tablets,1 mg/time, three times daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Shaoma Zhijing Granules on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the improvement time of symptom, scale scores of YGTSS, Yale-Brown, CBCL, Piers-Harris and WISC-Ⅳ, and the levels of 5-HT, NSE, GLU, DA, and GABA in two groups before and after treatment were compared.. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.15%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.33%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of grinning, shrugging, eye squeezing and neck extension in the treatment group was significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of YGTSS, Yale-Brown, and CBCL were significantly decreased, while the scores of Piers-Harris and WISC-IV were significantly increased in two groups (P < 0.05), and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of 5-HT, NSE, GLU, and DA in two groups were significantly decreased, while the level of GABA was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shaoma Zhijing Granules combined with Haloperidol Tablets in treatment of tourette syndrome in children can effectively improve the symptoms, promote intellectual development, their self-awareness and the level of neurotransmitters.
