目的 觀察理氣活血滴丸聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣片治療不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年1月—2020年12月中國(guó)人民解放軍海軍青島特勤療養(yǎng)中心收治的65例不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者，將患者采取隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，其中對(duì)照組32例，治療組33例。對(duì)照組患者口服阿托伐他汀鈣片，2片/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服理氣活血滴丸，10丸/次，3次/d。兩組均治療4周。觀察兩組的心電圖療效和臨床療效，比較臨床癥狀、內(nèi)皮功能[一氧化氮（NO）、內(nèi)皮素（ET）]、氧化應(yīng)激[丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）]和炎癥因子指標(biāo)[白細(xì)胞介素-2（IL-2）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、γ干擾素（IFN-γ）]。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的心電圖總有效率、臨床總有效率均明顯高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組心絞痛發(fā)作頻率減少，心絞痛持續(xù)時(shí)間縮短（P＜0.05），且治療組心絞痛發(fā)作頻率低于對(duì)照組，心絞痛持續(xù)時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清ET、MDA水平顯著降低，NO、SOD水平顯著升高（P＜0.05），且治療組的血清ET、MDA水平低于對(duì)照組，NO、SOD水平顯著高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ水平明顯下降（P＜0.05），且治療組血清IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ水平明顯低于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 理氣活血滴丸聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀鈣片治療不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛療效較好，可促進(jìn)癥狀改善，改善機(jī)體內(nèi)皮功能、氧化應(yīng)激和炎癥因子水平。

Objective To observe the clinical value of Liqi Huoxue Dropping Pills combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods Patients (65 cases) with unstable angina pectoris in Qingdao Special Service Sanatorium Center of the PLA Navy from January 2018 to December 2020 were divided into the control group (32 cases) and the treatment group (33 cases) according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets, 2 tablets/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Liqi Huoxue Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group, 10 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the electrocardiogram efficacy and clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms, endothelial function (NO and ET), oxidative stress (MDA and SOD), and inflammatory factor indicators (IL-2, IL-6, and IFN-γ) in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of ECG and clinical total effective rates in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in two groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of ET and MDA of two groups were significantly decreased, while the levels of NO and SOD were significantly increased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of ET and MDA of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, while the levels of NO and SOD were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-6, and IFN-γ in two groups significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of IL-2, IL-6, and IFN-γ in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Liqi Huoxue Dropping Pills combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of unstable angina pectoris, can improve symptoms, endothelial function, oxidative stress, and inflammatory factor levels.
