目的 探討婦科斷紅飲膠囊聯(lián)合左炔諾孕酮片治療功能失調(diào)性子宮出血的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年4月—2021年5月華北醫(yī)療健康集團邢臺總醫(yī)院收治的110例功能失調(diào)性子宮出血患者，根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，各為55例。對照組口服左炔諾孕酮片，1.5 mg/次，2次/d，待陰道停止流血3 d后，調(diào)整為0.75 mg/次，1 次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服婦科斷紅飲膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者持續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀恢復(fù)情況、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、凝血功能指標(biāo)和性激素指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為90.91%，高于對照組總有效率74.55%，組間比較有顯著差異（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組的有效控制出血時間短于對照組，月經(jīng)周期天數(shù)長于對照組，子宮內(nèi)膜厚度小于對照組，月經(jīng)失血圖（PBAC）評分高于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組凝血活酶活性時間（APTT）、凝血酶時間（TT）均顯著下降（P＜0.05）；治療后，治療組APTT、TT均明顯小于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清卵泡刺激素（FSH）、孕酮（P）、催乳素（PRL）水平均顯著降低（P＜0.05）；治療后治療組血清FSH、P、PRL水平明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 婦科斷紅飲膠囊聯(lián)合左炔諾孕酮片治療功能失調(diào)性子宮出血具有較好的臨床療效，可有效減少出血，調(diào)節(jié)機體相關(guān)細(xì)胞因子分泌，安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Fuke Duanhongyin Capsules combined with Levonorgestrel Tablets in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Patients (110 cases) with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in Xingtai General Hospital of North China Medical Health Group from April 2018 to May 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 55 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Levonorgestrel Tablets, 1.5 mg/time, twice daily, after vaginal bleeding stops for 3 days, adjust the dosage to 0.75 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fuke Duanhongyin Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the recovery of clinical symptoms, endometrial thickness, coagulation function indexes, and the sex hormone indicators in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%, which was higher than that of the control group (74.55%), and there was a significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the effective bleeding control time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, the days of menstrual cycle of the treatment group was longer than that of the control group, the endometrial thickness of the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group, and the PBAC score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, APTT and TT in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and APTT and TT in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of FSH, P, and PRL were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of FSH, P, and PRL in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fuke Duanhongyin Capsules combined with Levonorgestrel Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, can effectively reduce bleeding and regulate secretion of related cytokines, which is safe and reliable.
