[摘要]
骨質(zhì)疏松癥是目前老齡化社會(huì)急需解決的慢性骨科疾病,是一種以骨量喪失、骨微結(jié)構(gòu)惡化為特征的全身性骨骼疾病,因此如何有效地預(yù)防和治療骨質(zhì)疏松癥越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。槲皮素是自然界廣泛存在天然黃酮醇類化合物,具有雌激素樣作用,可抑制骨吸收和促進(jìn)骨形成。槲皮素通過(guò)抑制破骨細(xì)胞、調(diào)控骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞機(jī)制,促進(jìn)骨形成、抑制骨吸收的信號(hào)通路機(jī)制,以及雌激素信號(hào)途徑改善骨質(zhì)疏松。綜述了槲皮素改善骨質(zhì)疏松的作用機(jī)制,希望為槲皮素的臨床應(yīng)用提供參考。

Osteoporosis is a chronic orthopedic disease urgently needed to be solved in the aging society, and it is a systemic bone disease characterized by bone loss and deterioration of bone microstructure, so how to effectively prevent and treat osteoporosis has attracted more and more attention. Quercetin is a natural flavonol compound widely existing in nature, and it has the effect of estrogen, and can inhibit bone resorption and promote bone formation. Quercetin can improve osteoporosis by inhibiting osteoclasts, regulating bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, promoting bone formation, inhibiting bone resorption, and regulating estrogen signal pathway. This article reviews the mechanism of quercetin in improving osteoporosis, hoping to provide a reference for the clinical application of quercetin.
