目的 探究復方蓯蓉益智膠囊聯(lián)合艾地苯醌片治療血管性癡呆的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年5月—2022年1月南陽市第二人民醫(yī)院收治的120例血管性癡呆患者作為研究對象，將所有患者按照隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組口服艾地苯醌片，1片/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎上口服復方蓯蓉益智膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療8周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的簡易智能精神狀態(tài)檢查量表（MMSE）、Blessed行為量表（BBS）、癡呆程度量表（CDR）評分、血清指標水平。結果 治療后，治療組總有效率為93.33%，明顯高于對照組的總有效率80.00%，組間比較差異具有顯著性（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組MMSE評分顯著升高，BBS、CDR評分均顯著降低（P＜0.05），且治療組MMSE評分高于對照組，BBS、CDR評分低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組血清腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、丙二醛（MDA）水平均顯著降低，血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、成纖維細胞生長因子（bFGF）、腦源性神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子（BDNF）水平均顯著升高（P＜0.05），且治療組血清TNF-α、IL-6、MDA水平明顯低于對照組，血清SOD、bFGF、BDNF水平明顯高于對照組（P＜0.05）。結論 復方蓯蓉益智膠囊聯(lián)合艾地苯醌片治療血管性癡呆的效果顯著，可有效改善患者精神、行為狀況，減輕癡呆程度、機體炎癥和機體氧化應激反應，調(diào)節(jié)神經(jīng)修復因子水平，且安全性較高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Compound Congrong Yizhi Capsules combination with Idebenone Tablets in treatment of vascular dementia. Methods Patients (120 cases) with vascular dementia in Nanyang Second General Hospital from May 2020 to January 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Idebenone Tablets, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Congrong Yizhi Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and MMSE scores, BBS scores, CDR scores and serum indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group (80.00%), and there was a significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, MMSE scores of two groups were significantly increased, while BBS and CDR scores of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). MMSE scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, while BBS and CDR scores were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and MDA in two groups were significantly decreased, but the serum levels of SOD, bFGF, and BDNF in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05). The serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and MDA in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, but the serum levels of SOD, bFGF and BDNF in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yizhi Capsules combination with Idebenone Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of vascular dementia, can effectively improve the mental and behavioral status of patients, reduce the degree of dementia, inflammation and oxidative stress reaction of the body, regulate the level of nerve repair factors, with high safety.
