目的 探討婦炎康軟膠囊聯(lián)合頭孢地尼膠囊治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年8月—2022年6月平頂山市婦幼保健院收治的104例慢性盆腔炎患者，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分對照組和治療組，每組各52例。對照組患者口服頭孢地尼膠囊，1粒/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)口服婦炎康軟膠囊，6粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較癥狀消失時間、盆腔積液、炎性包塊最大直徑的變化以及血清中粒細(xì)胞-巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子（GM-CSF）、白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）、白細(xì)胞介素-2（IL-2）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為96.15%，對照組的總有效率為82.69%，兩組組間比較差異有顯著性（P＜0.05）。治療后，治療組患者發(fā)熱、腹痛、白帶異常消失時間短于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的盆腔積液、炎性包塊最大直徑顯著低于治療前（P＜0.05），且治療組盆腔積液、炎性包塊最大直徑較對照組更低（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清GM-CSF、IL-8水平顯著低于治療前，血清IL-2水平高于治療前（P＜0.05）；治療后，治療組患者的血清GM-CSF、IL-8水平低于對照組，血清IL-2水平高于對照組（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 婦炎康軟膠囊聯(lián)合頭孢地尼膠囊治療慢性盆腔炎具有較好的臨床療效，能減輕患者癥狀，降低炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuyankang Soft Capsules combined with Cefdinir Capsules in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Patients (104 cases) with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in Pingdingshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to June 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 52 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Cefdinir Capsules, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fuyankang Soft Capsules on the basis of the control group, 6 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the symptom disappearance time, the pelvic effusion and the maximum diameters of inflammatory mass, the serum levels of GM-CSF, IL-8, and IL-2 in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.15%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.69%, and there was a significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance times of fever, abdominal pain and abnormal leucorrhea in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the pelvic effusion and the maximum diameter of inflammatory mass in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the pelvic effusion and the maximum diameter of inflammatory mass in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of GM-CSF and IL-8 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, but the serum levels of IL-2 were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of GM-CSF and IL-8 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but the serum levels of IL-2 were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fuyankang Soft Capsules combined with Cefdinir Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, can reduce symptoms and inflammatory reaction of patients.
