目的 探討齒痛消炎靈顆粒聯(lián)合濃替硝唑含漱液治療慢性牙周炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年8月—2022年5月在西北工業(yè)大學(xué)醫(yī)院就診的112例慢性牙周炎患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各56例。對照組含漱濃替硝唑含漱液，1 min/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服齒痛消炎靈顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療1個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組口腔健康狀態(tài)、牙周指標(biāo)和齦溝液因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為89.29%，明顯高于對照組的總有效率75.00%，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的口腔健康影響程度量表（OHIP-49）評(píng)分明顯降低（P＜0.05），治療組OHIP-49評(píng)分明顯低于對照組（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的菌斑指數(shù)、牙齦指數(shù)、附著喪失明顯降低（P＜0.05），且治療組患者菌斑指數(shù)、牙齦指數(shù)、附著喪失低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。治療后，兩組的齦溝液五聚素3（PTX3）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶8（MMP-8）、破骨細(xì)胞分化因子（RANKL）水平明顯降低（P＜0.05）；治療組的齦溝液PTX3、MMP-8、RANKL水平低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 齒痛消炎靈顆粒聯(lián)合濃替硝唑含漱液治療慢性牙周炎的療效確切，能改善口腔健康狀態(tài)和牙周指標(biāo)，降低炎癥損傷。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules combined with Concentrated Tinidazole Gargles in treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods Patients (112 cases) with chronic periodontitis in Hospital of Northwestern Polytechnical University from August 2019 to May 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 56 cases. Patients in the control group gargle with tinidazole gargle, 1 min each time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the oral health status, periodontal indicators, and gingival crevicular fluid factor levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00%), with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, OHIP-49 score of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and OHIP-49 score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the plaque index, gingival index, and attachment loss of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the plaque index, gingival index and attachment loss of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of PTX3, MMP-8, and RANKL in gingival crevicular fluid of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The levels of PTX3, MMP-8, and RANKL in gingival crevicular fluid in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules combined with Concentrated Tinidazole Gargles has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic periodontitis, can improve oral health and periodontal indicators, and reduce inflammatory and injury.
