淫羊藿苷是淫羊藿中主要活性成分，具有抗腫瘤、抗炎、增強(qiáng)免疫、抗肝毒性、抗氧化等多種藥理活性。淫羊藿苷可通過多靶點(diǎn)、多途徑對中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病產(chǎn)生保護(hù)作用，如淫羊藿苷具有抗抑郁作用，對阿爾茨海默病、帕金森病、缺血性腦卒中、多發(fā)性硬化具有保護(hù)作用。為了進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大淫羊藿苷在臨床治療中的應(yīng)用，綜述了淫羊藿苷改善中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病及其作用機(jī)制。

Icariin is one of main active components in Epimedii Folium, which has various pharmacological activities, such as anti- tumor, anti-inflammatory, immune enhancement, anti-hepatotoxicity, antioxidant, etc. Icariin can protect central nervous system diseases through multiple targets and pathways. Icariin has antidepressant effects and protective effects on Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, ischemic stroke, and multiple sclerosis. In order to further expand the application of icariin in clinical application, this article reviews the improvement of central nervous system diseases by icariin and its mechanism.
