目的 探討槐杞黃顆粒聯(lián)合注射用鹽酸多西環(huán)素治療兒童支原體肺炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年1月—2022年12月在鄭州大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院就診的120例支原體肺炎患兒，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患兒分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各60例。對(duì)照組靜脈滴注注射用鹽酸多西環(huán)素，2.0 mg/kg，每12小時(shí)1次。治療組患兒在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服槐杞黃顆粒，10 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組患兒主要癥狀的消失時(shí)間，血清白細(xì)胞介素-17（IL-17）、白細(xì)胞介素-35（IL-35）水平和中性粒細(xì)胞/血小板計(jì)數(shù)（NLR）。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為93.33%，明顯高于對(duì)照組總有效率80.00%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組發(fā)熱、咳嗽、咯痰、肺啰音消失時(shí)間均顯著短于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒血清IL-17水平、NLR均顯著降低，血清IL-35水平顯著升高（P<0.05），治療組血清IL-17水平、NLR均顯著低于對(duì)照組，血清IL-35水平高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 槐杞黃顆粒聯(lián)合注射用鹽酸多西環(huán)素可提高支原體肺炎患兒的臨床療效，減輕臨床癥狀，降低炎癥反應(yīng)，藥物安全性好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huaiqihuang Granules combined with Doxycycline Hyclate for injection in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods Children (120 cases) with mycoplasma pneumonia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Doxycycline Hyclate for injection, 2.0 mg/kg, every 12 hours. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huaiqihuang Granules on the basis of the control group, 10 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the disappearance times of clinical symptoms, the levels of IL-17 and IL-35, and NLR in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00% (P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance times of fever, cough, phlegm, and lung rales in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, IL-17serum levels and NLR in two groups were significantly decreased, but IL-35 serum levels were significantly increased (P< 0.05). And IL-17 serum levels and NLR in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, but IL-35 serum levels were significantly lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion Huaiqihuang Granules combined with Doxycycline Hyclate for injection can improve the clinical efficacy of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, reduce clinical symptoms, reduce inflammatory response, with good drug safety.
