惡性腫瘤的治療一直是一項(xiàng)醫(yī)學(xué)難題，在過去的半個(gè)世紀(jì)中，腫瘤發(fā)病率和死亡率不斷增加，持續(xù)危害著人類的生命健康。從木香中提取出來的木香烴內(nèi)酯是一種天然倍半萜烯內(nèi)酯，具有較強(qiáng)的抗腫瘤作用，可抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞增殖，誘導(dǎo)腫瘤細(xì)胞凋亡，抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞遷移和侵襲，可多藥耐藥性逆轉(zhuǎn)和協(xié)同用藥。對(duì)木香烴內(nèi)酯的抗腫瘤作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行綜述，以期對(duì)其進(jìn)一步的臨床研究和應(yīng)用提供參考。

The treatment of malignant tumors has always been a medical problem. In the past half century, the incidence and mortality of tumors have been increasing, which continues to endanger human life and health. Costunolide extracted from Aucklandiae Radix is a natural sesquiterpene lactone with strong anti-tumor effect. Costunolide can inhibit tumor cell proliferation, induce tumor cell apoptosis, inhibit tumor cell migration and invasion, and can reverse multidrug resistance and cooperate with drugs. This article reviews the anti-tumor mechanism of costunolide to provide reference for its further clinical research and application.
