[摘要]
急性胰腺炎是常見(jiàn)的臨床急性腹部疾病,其起病急、進(jìn)展迅速、結(jié)局不良,限制炎癥發(fā)展是急性胰腺炎治療的有效策略。姜黃素是一種來(lái)自姜黃的黃色素,具有抗纖維化、抗癌、抗細(xì)胞凋亡和抗炎等多種活性。姜黃素可通過(guò)抑制核因子-κB(NF-κB)相關(guān)通路的活性,調(diào)控絲裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信號(hào)通路,抑制Janus激酶2(JAK2)/信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)及轉(zhuǎn)錄激活蛋白3(STAT3)信號(hào)通路,激活肌醇磷脂-3-激酶(PI3K)/絲氨酸-蘇氨酸激酶(Akt)信號(hào)通路,抑制炎癥因子分泌,抑制趨化因子上皮中性粒細(xì)胞激活肽78(ENA-78)的表達(dá),抑制環(huán)氧化酶2(COX-2)的表達(dá),改善細(xì)胞自噬功能,抑制胰腺星狀細(xì)胞活化,減輕氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng),發(fā)揮防治急性胰腺炎的作用。綜述了姜黃素防治急性胰腺炎的作用機(jī)制,以期為姜黃素的臨床研究提供參考。

Acute pancreatitis is a common acute abdominal disease with acute onset, rapid progression, and poor outcome, and limiting inflammation is an effective strategy for treatment of acute pancreatitis. Curcumin is a yellow pigment derived from Curcumae Longae Rhizoma, which has many activities, such as anti-fibrosis, anti-cancer, anti-apoptosis, and anti-inflammatory. Curcumin can inhibit NF-κB, regulate MAPK signal pathway, inhibit JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway, activate PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors, inhibit the expressions of ENA-78 and COX-2, improve the autophagy function of cells, inhibit the activation of pancreatic stellate cells, reduce the oxidative stress reaction, and play a role in prevention and treatment of acute pancreatitis. This article reviews the mechanism of curcumin in prevention and treatment of acute pancreatitis, in order to provide reference for the clinical research of curcumin.
