[摘要]
目的 建立離子色譜法同時測定口服補(bǔ)液鹽散(Ⅲ)中總氯和枸櫞酸鈉的方法。方法 Dionex IonPacTM AS11-HC色譜柱(250 mm×4 mm)和AS11-HC保護(hù)柱(50 mm×4 mm);淋洗液為35 mmol/L氫氧化鉀溶液;體積流量為1.0 mL/min;抑制電流為87 mA;電導(dǎo)檢測器;柱溫為30℃;檢測器溫度35℃;進(jìn)樣體積為25μL。結(jié)果 氯離子、枸櫞酸根離子分別在11.89~297.36、9.74~243.56μg/mL與峰面積線性關(guān)系良好;平均回收率分別為102.79%、103.87%,RSD值分別為1.20%、0.66%。結(jié)論 所建立的方法簡便,前處理簡單,結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確可靠,可作為口服補(bǔ)液鹽散(Ⅲ)中總氯和枸櫞酸鈉測定方法的改進(jìn)。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of total chloride and sodium citrate in Oral Rehydration Salt Powder(Ⅲ) by ion chromatography.Methods Dionex IonPacTM AS11-HC analytical column(250 mm × 4 mm)and a AS11-HC protective column(50 mm × 4 mm) was used. The isocratic elution was 35 mmol/L potassium hydroxide solution at the rate of 1.0 mL/min. Suppressor current was set at 87 mA. Electrical conductivity detector was adopted. The column temperature and detector temperature were set at 30 and 35 °C and the injection volume was 25 μL.Results Chloride ion and citrate ion had good linear relationship with the peak area in the ranges of 11.89 — 297.36 μg/mL and 9.74 — 243.56 μg/mL, respectively. The average recoveries of chloride ion and citrate ion were 102.79% and 103.87% with RSD 1.20% and 0.66%.Conclusion The established method is simple, the pre-treatment is simple, and the results are accurate and reliable. It can be used as an improvement for the determination of total chlorine and sodium citrate in Oral Rehydration Salt Powder(Ⅲ).
