目的 觀察丹參酮膠囊聯(lián)合地奈德乳膏治療頭面部脂溢性皮炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年1月—2022年7月在蕪湖市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院就診的136例頭面部脂溢性皮炎患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各68例。對(duì)照組患者清潔頭面部,外涂適量地奈德乳膏,2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服丹參酮膠囊,4粒/次,3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀體征評(píng)分,血清炎性指標(biāo)及血清過氧化氫酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組的總有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組(91.18%vs 76.47%,P<0.05)。治療后,兩組癥狀體征評(píng)分及總評(píng)分比治療前顯著下降(P<0.05),且治療組皮損面積等癥狀體征評(píng)分及總評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者血清白細(xì)胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-10水平明顯升高,而IL-4、γ干擾素(IFN-γ)顯著降低(P<0.05);且治療后,治療組IL-2、IL-10水平明顯高于對(duì)照組,而IL-4、IFN-γ水平顯著低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組血清CAT、SOD水平較治療前明顯升高(P<0.05),且治療組顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 丹參酮膠囊聯(lián)合地奈德乳膏治療頭面部脂溢性皮炎的療效明顯,可有效改善患者的癥狀體征,能改善血清炎性指標(biāo)和氧化應(yīng)激狀態(tài)。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Danshentong Capsules combined with desonide cream in treatment of seborrheic dermatitis of head and face.Methods Patients(136 cases) with seborrheic dermatitis of head and face in Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 68 cases.Patients in the control group cleaned their faces and applied appropriate amount of desonide cream, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Danshentong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and symptom and sign scores, serum inflammatory indexes, serum catalase(CAT) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(91.18% vs 76.47%, P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs and the total score in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in two groups were significantly increased, but IL-4 and IFN-γ were significantly decreased(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,but the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum CAT and SOD in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshentong Capsules combined with desonide cream is effective in treatment of head and face seborrheic dermatitis, can effectively improve the symptoms and signs, and can improve serum inflammatory indexes and oxidative stress state.
