目的 分析漯河市中心醫(yī)院西城分院2019—2022年抗精神病藥物的用藥情況,為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 采用回顧性研究方法,對漯河市中心醫(yī)院西城分院2019—2022年抗精神病藥物的銷售金額、用藥頻度(DDDs)、排序比(B/A)和日均費(fèi)用(DDC)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 抗精神病藥物的銷售金額先增長后下降,非典型抗精神病藥物銷售金額占比始終較高;DDDs呈逐年上漲趨勢,阿立哌唑和奧氮平一直占據(jù)銷售金額和DDDs的前2位;DDC值變化較大,奧氮平、氨磺必利等高價品種的DDC值下降明顯,而一些低價品種DDC則略有上漲;氨磺必利、奧氮平和阿立哌唑的B/A值變動較大,2022年所有抗精神病藥物B/A值均接近1。結(jié)論 該院抗精神病藥的使用情況較為合理,臨床治療以療效好、不良反應(yīng)少的非典型抗精神病藥為主,特別是阿立哌唑和奧氮平,使用頻度最高。氨磺必利和喹硫平用藥頻度增幅明顯。

Objective To analyse the utilization of antipsychotic drugs in Xicheng Branch of Luohe Central Hospital from 2019 to 2022, so as to provide reference for rational usage of medication in clinic. Method The method of retrospective study was used to conduct statistic analysis on the sales amount, medication frequency(DDDs), drug sequence ratio(B/A) and daily drug cost(DDC) of antipsychotic drugs in Xicheng Branch of Luohe Central Hospital from 2019 to 2022.Results The sales amount of antipsychotic drugs of the hospital first increased and then decreased, while the proportion of sales of atypical antipsychotic drugs always remained high. DDDs increased year by year. For examples, aripiprazole and olanzapine were always the top two in the sales amount and DDDs.The DDC changed greatly, and the DDC of high price varieties, such as olanzapine and amisulpiride, decreased significantly, but the DDC of some low price varieties increased slightly. The B/A of amisulapride, olanzapine and aripiprazole changed greatly, and the B/A of all antipsychotic drugs in 2022 was close to 1.Conclusions The use of antipsychotic drugs in the hospital was rational. The atypical antipsychotic drugs with good curative effect and few adverse effects were mainly used, especially aripiprazole and olanzapine that had the highest frequency of usage. The DDDs of amisulpride and quetiapine increased significantly.
