目的 分析新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院門診麻醉藥品的使用現(xiàn)狀,為促進(jìn)合理用藥提供參考依據(jù),促進(jìn)癌癥鎮(zhèn)痛藥物合理使用和科學(xué)規(guī)范管理。方法 收集2019—2022年新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院門診患者麻醉藥品用藥相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對麻醉藥品的處方數(shù)量、總消耗量、銷售總金額、用藥頻度(DDDs)、限定日費(fèi)用(DDC)、排序比(B/A)等進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果 2019—2022年新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院門診麻醉藥品共涉及12個(gè)品規(guī)。鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片(10 mg)、鹽酸嗎啡片的處方量較多;麻醉藥品的總消耗量顯現(xiàn)逐年遞減現(xiàn)象,鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片(40 mg)和硫酸嗎啡緩釋片(30 mg)總體用藥量較多;銷售金額總體上出現(xiàn)遞增趨勢,其中鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片(40 mg)與鹽酸嗎啡緩釋片(30 mg)銷售金額連續(xù)4年位居前3名,并且2者的DDDs連續(xù)3年排在前3名。結(jié)論 新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院門診患者麻醉藥品總消耗量逐漸減少,銷售金額逐年增長,麻醉藥品的使用基本合理,管理方式科學(xué)有序符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。但是,仍需加強(qiáng)臨床規(guī)范化用藥,藥師需要進(jìn)一步提高業(yè)務(wù)能力并加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督和干預(yù),倡導(dǎo)麻醉藥品個(gè)體化用藥。

Objective To analyze the current situation of outpatient narcotic drugs in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, to provide a reference for promoting rational drug use, and promote the rational use and scientific and standardized management of cancer analgesic drugs.Methods The outpatient narcotic medication data of Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from 2019 to 2022 were collected on the prescription quantity, total consumption, total sales amount, medication frequency(DDDs), limited daily cost(DDC), and ranking ratio(B/A).Results There were 12 outpatient narcotic drugs in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from 2019 to 2022. Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets(10 mg) and Morphine Hydrochloride Tablets were more prescribed. The total consumption of narcotic drugs has been decreasing year by year. The total dosage of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets(40 mg) and Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tablets(30 mg)was higher. The consumption sum of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets(40 mg) and Morphine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets(30 mg) ranked the top 3 in terms of consumption sum for 4 consecutive years, and the DDDs of these two tablets ranked the top 3 for 3 consecutive years.Conclusion The total consumption of narcotic drugs in outpatients of Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University has gradually decreased, the sales amount increases year by year, the use of narcotic drugs is basically reasonable, and the management mode is scientific and orderly. However, it is still necessary to strengthen standardized clinical drug use, and pharmacists need to further improve their professional ability, strengthen supervision and intervention, and advocate individualized drug use of narcotic drugs.
