目的 探討頸痛顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸替扎尼定片治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的臨床療效。方法 選取2021年1月-2022年12月漯河市郾城區(qū)中醫(yī)院收治的82例神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者作為研究對(duì)象,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各41例。對(duì)照組口服鹽酸替扎尼定片,3次/d,2片/次。治療組患者在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上餐后半小時(shí)開(kāi)水沖服頸痛顆粒,1袋/次,3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療6周。觀察兩組的臨床療效,比較兩組患者的手臂疼痛程度、頸椎功能障礙程度、頸部活動(dòng)度和全血比黏度、血漿比黏度、纖維蛋白原水平。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組的總有效率為95.12%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的總有效率78.05%,組間差異顯著(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的VAS、NDI評(píng)分均明顯降低(P<0.05),治療組的VAS、NDI評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者的頸部左右旋轉(zhuǎn)、左右側(cè)屈的活動(dòng)度顯著升高(P<0.05),且治療組頸部左右旋轉(zhuǎn)、左右側(cè)屈的活動(dòng)度較對(duì)照組升高更明顯(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的全血比黏度、血漿比黏度、纖維蛋白原低于治療前(P<0.05),且治療后治療組的全血比黏度、血漿比黏度、纖維蛋白原低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 頸痛顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸替扎尼定片治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的臨床療效顯著,能降低患者手臂疼痛程度和頸椎功能障礙程度,提高頸部活動(dòng)度,改善血液流變學(xué)水平,且不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jingtong Granules combined with Tizanidine Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis. Methods Patients (82 cases) with radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis in Luohe Yancheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 41 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Tizanidine Hydrochloride Tablets, 2 tablets/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jingtong Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated. The degree of arm pain and cervical dysfunction, neck mobility, and whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and fibrinogen levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.12%, significantly higher than the total effective rate (78.05%) of the control group, with significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS and NDI scores of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and VAS and NDI scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the activity of neck rotation and lateral flexion in two groups of patients significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the activity of neck rotation and lateral flexion in the treatment group was significantly increased than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and fibrinogen levels in two groups were decreased (P < 0.05), and the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and fibrinogen levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jingtong Granules combined with Tizanidine Hydrochloride Tablets can improve the efficacy of radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis, reduce the degree of arm pain and cervical spine dysfunction, improve the range of neck motion, improve the level of hemorheology, and has a low incidence of adverse reactions.
