目的 探討乳塊消顆粒聯(lián)合溴隱亭治療乳腺增生的臨床療效。方法 回顧性分析2020年1月-2022年12月在?？谑袐D幼保健院治療的120例乳腺增生患者臨床資料。根據(jù)用藥種類的不同分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各60例。對(duì)照組口服甲磺酸溴隱亭片,2.5 mg/次,2次/d;在此基礎(chǔ)上,治療組口服乳塊消顆粒,10 g/次,3次/d。兩組患者經(jīng)8周治療。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀評(píng)分,乳腺腫塊直徑、腺體層厚度、輸乳管內(nèi)徑和低回聲區(qū)直徑,及雌二醇(E₂)、泌乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)、p53、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)和轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組臨床總有效率為98.33%,明顯高于對(duì)照組(83.33%,P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者乳痛評(píng)分、腫塊硬度評(píng)分、腫塊范圍評(píng)分、腫塊大小評(píng)分均明顯降低(P<0.05),并以治療組下降最為顯著(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組乳腺腫塊直徑、腺體層厚度、輸乳管內(nèi)徑、低回聲區(qū)直徑均明顯減小(P<0.05),并以治療組減小最為顯著(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組E₂、PRL、p53、VEGF、TGF-β1表達(dá)明顯降低,而P水平明顯升高(P<0.05),且治療組改善最為顯著(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 乳塊消顆粒聯(lián)合溴隱亭治療乳腺增生可有效改善患者癥狀,促進(jìn)乳腺結(jié)構(gòu)、形態(tài)改善,調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體性激素及細(xì)胞因子表達(dá)。

Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of Rukuaixiao Granules combined with bromocriptine in treatment of breast hyperplasia. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with breast hyperplasia treated in Haikou Hospital of the Maternal and Child Health from January 2020 to December 2022 were analyzed retrospectively, and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to the types of drugs, each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Bromocriptine Mesilate Tablets, 2.5 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Rukuaixiao Granules on the basis of the control group, 10 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the clinical symptom scores, diameter of breast mass, thickness of glandular layer, inner diameter of breast duct and diameter of hypoechoic area, and the levels of E₂, PRL, p53, VEGF, TGF-β1 and P in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.33%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of breast pain, mass hardness, mass size and mass size were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the diameter of breast mass, the thickness of glandular layer, the inner diameter of breast duct and the diameter of hypoechoic area were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the expression of E₂, PRL, p53, VEGF and TGF-β1 in two groups were significantly decreased, while the level of P was significantly increased (P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ruduanxiao Granules combined with bromocriptine can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with breast hyperplasia, promote the improvement of breast structure and morphology, and regulate the expression of sex hormones and cytokines.
