目的 探討一清膠囊聯(lián)合鹵米松乳膏治療尋常型銀屑病的臨床療效。方法 選擇2020年9月-2022年9月東南大學(xué)附屬中大醫(yī)院江北院區(qū)接診的128例尋常型銀屑病患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各64例。對(duì)照組患者于患處薄層涂搽鹵米松乳膏,2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服一清膠囊,3次/d,2粒/次。兩組患者均給予6周治療。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組患者嚴(yán)重程度指數(shù)(PASI)評(píng)分,臨床癥狀評(píng)分,血清白細(xì)胞介素-17(IL-17)和腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組臨床總有效率為98.44%,明顯高于對(duì)照組(87.50%,P<0.05)。治療后,兩組PASI評(píng)分和臨床癥狀評(píng)分顯著下降(P<0.05),并且治療組下降更顯著(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組血清IL-17和TNF-α水平顯著降低(P<0.05),并且治療組降低更明顯(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 一清膠囊聯(lián)合鹵米松乳膏治療尋常型銀屑病的效果確切,能有效緩解皮損嚴(yán)重程度,改善患者的臨床癥狀,以及抑制炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Yiqing Capsules combined with Halometasone Cream in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Patients (128 cases) with psoriasis vulgaris in Zhongda Hospital Southeast University (Jiangbei) from September 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control and treatment group, and each group had 64 cases. Patients in the control group were administered with Halometasone Cream to the affected area, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yiqing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, and the scores of PASI and clinical symptoms, the serum levels of IL-17 and TNF-α in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.44%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (87.50%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the PASI score and clinical symptom score in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IL-17 and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), especially in the treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yiqing Capsules combined with Halomethasone Cream is effective in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, which can effectively alleviate the severity of skin lesions, improve clinical symptoms and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
